Brilliant service!
Brilliant service! They were the only company that gave us a quote quickly and efficiently. A great company with great workers. The team was very helpful and friendly. A smooth move in a difficult situation (Covid 19). They also disconnected and again reconnected the Washing Machine and Dishwasher in our new property. So we are totally satisfied. We highly recommend it.

Dear Simon I wanted to write to express our gratitude for your care and hard work for our recent move from Chestfield to Herne Bay. We were all impressed with your kindness and helpful advice for our move. We all felt comfortable to trust you and your partner to organise our most personal belongings and effects. You kindly visited us on a number of occasions and supplied us with lots of boxes prior to the move - to allow us to pack some of our things ourselves in our own timescales. When it came to the packing of the large majority of the breakables, you and your partner worked like trojans and we can safely say that nothing was even slightly damaged during the move. I think your van is the cleanest removal van we have ever seen! I would have no hesitation in recommending you and your company to anyone for the future Best wishes Mark

We used Alfa movers to move from Herne Bay up to Lincolnshire and found both Simon and Terry professional and would highly recommend them to move you! Arrived on time and loaded most of the van the day before the move so that they could complete the move on the next day unloaded in record time apart from my tool chest no damage found Forget the big guys use your local man and save a fortune in the process.

Moving from Herne Bay to Lincolnshire, in a day!
Dear Simon, Steph and I cannot thank you enough for the first-class service that you gave us on our house move last Friday 20th September. You arrived promptly on time, as promised, and your staff were so polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Despite us all being stuck in M25 traffic for over an hour, you battled on without any fuss and arrived at our new house after 6.00 pm to start unloading and taking in until completing at 8.30 pm. We feel ourselves lucky that we found your company and that throughout the day you took our moving worries on your shoulders, Without any hesitation, we would recommend your company to anyone. Efficient, professional and nothing was ever a problem
From the very first engagement with Alfa, I found them to be responsive and accommodating. We did have a couple of additional requests, such as fitting in a run to the tip with items we no longer needed, which were taken care of without any worry. Alfa also provided a full packing and unpacking service, as well as furniture assembly (even brand new flat pack that needed putting up). During the move, the team was efficient, professional and nothing was ever a problem. It all went perfectly, and I certainly recommend Alfa.
Couldn’t have asked more of them today
Simon and his team helped move my 97 year old Nan from Whitstable to Tankerton, they were on time and got straight on with the job, very friendly and considerate of my Nan’s needs. Got everything moved from her flat in a speedy manner, while also being careful with all of her possessions, couldn’t have asked more of them today, made what could have been a very stressful day, much more manageable, thank you!
